'Spiritual Essential" Classes are run online at various times of the year with different subjects.
Have you felt that you need to learn more about Spirituality, or feel like you want to open up to the more spiritual aspects of your life? Are you drawn to learning more about yourself & opening up to both your gifts & yourself in a completely different way than you may have before? Do you wish to grow spiritually & learn the 'Essential' aspects of what spirituality is really about?
These classes are recommended for everyone, as even if you are spiritually experienced, you may want to revisit techniques & deepen your connection to Spirit & yourselves, particularly learning new techniques for the higher vibrations we are in now, which require us to use different methods spiritually. A lot of the new techniques within these classes have been channeled specifically for you to be able to use to further your growth & development but are also useful to be applied in your daily lives too.
These classes are not like any 'Psychic Development' classes or 'Spiritual Development' classes you may have done before. They are about learning all of the "Essentials" of different aspects of spirituality to support & help you to grow on your Spiritual Path.
Sahra offers these 'Essential" classes online covering various important aspects of spiritually in each class. The classes themselves are predominantly about learning about each spiritual subject & understanding more about them but included in all classes will be teaching, guided meditations, visualisation & interactive question & answer sections so that you all grow & learn as a group, as well as practical techniques for you to use whenever you need them.
They are given in classes so that you can benefit from the questions asked by others like you, who also want to develop & grow, & may ask things that you had not thought about but wanted to know. Sahra offers not only many years of experience working within the spiritual arena, with clients, teaching healing modalities & working energetically, but also ways that Spirit have given her to help people on their paths too, which she will be sharing with you in these classes. Many of the things taught are invaluable techniques & information that most people just don't teach you. or may not have come across
No previous experience is needed to undertake these classes, though an open mind & willingness to try new things would be very helpful., as well as being spiritually aware.
