I am trained in many different modalities, but use a combination of what feels right to me when with clients.

My healing journey started many years ago, when I first learnt & was attuned to Usui Reiki. It was the first thing that I trained in, though I have grown spiritually & trained in many other healing energies since then. 

When I visited Egypt I opened further on my path, using energy to help, heal & empower others. 

I have found that using healing energies with sound comes naturally to me & helps both the healing & sound frequencies to go into the body in the perfect way & in a way that is uplifting & incredibly relaxing for others. I am particularly drawn to using gongs, singing bowls & crystal singing bowls when I work with clients, though I love many other kinds of sound healing instruments & use them in workshops too. 

I have also developed a natural affinity for crystals - working with them in different ways to help others, but especially using them in grids & working with crystal skulls towel & empower others in many ways. 

I work with clients one to one & run healing & sound workshops with my fiancé in Jersey & the UK.

I have undertaken many types of healing courses to further my knowledge & skills as well as developing myself so that I can support others to do the same & to open to their true potential.

My spiritual journey began at a young age where I was able to see spirits & feel & know things beyond my years, yet I needed to be able to have maturity to deal with my gifts & that spiritual awareness, so I shut down that part of myself for many years until I was ready to open to it once again, or rather until my soul decided I was ready to open to it. It began with me being diagnosed with a chronic illness called M.E. which consists of many different physical symptoms that were extremely debilitating to me & caused my life to completely change.

I was given time to assess how little I had fully engaged in my life & how I now needed to make choices more in line with who I really was & what I had chosen to undertake in this lifetime. I took responsibility for my life choices, my health, my emotions, my mental state & my lifestyle. I worked on myself holistically to completely transform from a state of severe ill health to one where I could begin to empower myself & grow further on my path & become well again,.

Over the many years of working on myself it hasn't always been easy, but working through challenges has become something that I no longer see as a battle or something that is outside of myself. I know that my Soul brings to me what I am ready to learn & what I need to open further & evolve from, so I receive each initiation as a blessing. As a result I have become stronger in my spiritual gifts & more at peace in every area of my life. 

Wisdom & knowledge from other lifetimes have added to my growth & as I have evolved on my path I have also opened to an expansion of my abilities from other lifetimes of mastership. Training has come to me from many sources: from teachers, mentors, Angels, Ascended Masters, courses I have attended or inner work I have done. 

Learning & undertaking training has allowed me to be in a position where I could then guide others how to follow their own paths & transform their lives too. I now work with people to enable them to be at one with themselves & to allow their innate gifts to shine through. I love supporting people to open up to who they truly are & to grow on their spiritual paths, following their purpose in life.

I have honed & grown my skills & enjoy teaching & working with many people from around the world as well as evolving on my own spiritual path.

I empower others to heal themselves in many ways, giving them tools or ways to help themselves, but also by speaking, toning, singing & signing in multiple Light Languages. I channel light encodings which can transform the frequency of deeply held issues within the whole body system & enable change at deep levels to occur naturally. Channeling with Light Language, the Holy Spirit or many Beings of Light such as Angels, Ascended Masters & Galactic Beings can bring about profound changes in those who are ready & I feel blessed to be able to facilitate these changes for others.

I run workshops with various themes, given by spirit, both online myself & in person along with my fiancé, who is an incredible healer. 

I love teaching & really enjoy passing on knowledge & new ways of working or using energies to all of my students when I teach courses. 

I know that I will continue to develop & grow & that my path will unfold as it should.... & I hope that I meet you along that path & get to share all of the wonderful things I have learnt both in this life & many other lifetimes.
